Excellent service. I ordered my yarn yesterday and it arrived today. Will definitely order from this company again and can recommend.

I first shopped on wool warehouse recently and was really suprised when both the orders i received were delivered the day after they were dispatched. I have just put in my 3rd order. Wool warehouse has a good selection of lovely, reasonable priced yarn and i will continue to use the website.

I discovered Wool Warehouse during lockdown and have been a loyal customer ever since. Huge choice of yarns and excellent prices. I make use of the free delivery for orders over £25 every time. No one asked me to leave a review; I simply received my latest order today and wanted to let others know how pleased I am with Wool Warehouse. As someone who is often housebound, getting craft supplies delivered always makes me happy.

Amazing Service

There isn't much to add really. I had to contact customer service regarding a previous order (I had to reorder yarn and had no idea what yarn exactly I ordered) with no order number and just a vague idea of when I ordered it and they were able to find it in a heartbeat. Besides that, good prices and good quality yarn, just the website navigation can be a bit overwhelming for a beginner like me.

I’ve ordered from here both from my account and as a guest over the last few years and every time I’ve been happy with my orders. The products dispatch usually within 1-2 days and arrive promptly first class. All are packaged well. There are many options to choose from and overall WW is the best price in the UK, and as someone with OCD I enjoy ordering online because it means less people have touched the products before they arrive at my house.

I’ve never required customer service as I’ve received everything as stated and when stated. Obviously, I’ll shop here again for my next projects.

Poor customer service despite loyalty. Have WoolWarehouse got too big for their boots? I’ve been a loyal customer for many many years buying yarn, kits and lots of fabric. My latest order of fabric was cut to the exact mm allowing no room for squaring up. I was told by Adam in sales “ if you wanted more I suggest you add .25m “ usually a couple of inches are added with metre-age. Adam also said “ if it’s the end of a bolt you get no more” well how surprising for it to fall at exactly the amount I asked for. I didn’t expect them to send me more fabric, I was commenting it was very tight when buying by the meter but the response was rude I felt. I now feel forced to shop elsewhere. Shame on you !

This was my first order from wool warehouse and I was really pleased with the service. When it arrived, one of the items in my order was incorrect, and when I emailed asking if I could exchange it for the item I originally ordered, they got back to me quickly and were very apologetic. They were very helpful and sent me the correct item out immediately, and allowed me to keep the one sent mistakenly for the inconvenience.

I spent a considerable amount of money on Drops Brushed Alpaca Silk from Wool Warehouse, which turned out to shed terribly, to the point that I can't wear the items I made without getting fibre all over the rest of my clothes.
When I pointed this out, I was told : [...]"Unfortunately, many of the brushed alpaca yarns that we stock shed, both while you work them and when you wear them. This is a normal part of using these particular kinds of yarn and we would not consider this a fault. We are sorry you are disappointed but any replacement items we could provide would behave in the same way.
If the yarn is shedding to the extent that the central thread becomes bald, this would be considered a fault. "[...] Why would anyone buy wool that sheds like that?

I have shopped with wool warehouse for years ! Unfortunately this counts for nothing . I bought a Bargello kit recently and have found many knots in several skeins and a skein that had obviously been rewound . Customer service said all kits are sealed when sent out , mine was not unless the postie decided to do some . This was a used kit . I explained i do not want to return it as its part done . They then suggested i send them a list of the colours with knots in . Without unwinding all wools this is not satisfactory . All I really wanted was a new yarn pack or a partial refund . None of these suggestions suited they wanted the whole kit sent back . Which as stated was part done .After reading all the bad reviews I dont expect a favourable result but felt this needed to be known . Dreadful customer service with no knowledge of working with a tapestry kit .

Excellent customer service one can even phone in with orders, rare these days. Brilliant selection of wool at a very reasonable price and quick delivery beautifully packed in a white net bag with a pink ribbon tie.

Great company for all things wool! My orders always arrive in good time and have always been correct. A wide range to choose from at reasonable prices. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I ordered the yarn for the "Flowers in the Window" throw from Wool Warehouse on Friday evening and it arrived with me on Tuesday morning. This was extremely fast, given that the company was probably closed at the weekend and I live in Northern Ireland. The yarn was in an organza bag - very useful for storing it until I begin the project. As the purchase was over £25 the postage was free. I consider all of the above excellent customer service and commend the Wool Warehouse to you if you are considering purchasing yarn. Thank you very much to all the team.
